BOOKING TERMS

Enquiries to be made by telephone or e.mail regarding availability and prices.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests we are a totally non smoking establishment.

We do not offer accommodation for any dogs/pets.

A deposit of £10 per person per night will be required to secure the room for you. Preferred method of payment for deposit is by cheque. If your arrival date is within 14 days of booking then payment should be made by credit/debit card through our secure Nochex link.

Confirmation of bookings will be sent by letter or e.mail upon receipt of your deposit.

Cheques should be made payable to “C Ayrton ”. Balance of accounts are to be paid by cash or guaranteed cheque when leaving as we cannot take credit card payments upon departure.

We will expect your arrival from 4.30pm onwards unless previously arranged with us.

Guests are asked to vacate their room by 10am on the day of departure.

Cancellation policy – The deposit is normally non refundable. If you cancel the booking and we are able to re-let your room for those date(s) we will refund your deposit less any transaction costs.
