BOOKING TERMS
Enquiries to be made by telephone or e.mail regarding availability and prices.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests we are a totally non smoking establishment.
We do not offer accommodation for any dogs/pets.
A deposit of £10 per person per night will be required to secure the room for you. Preferred method of payment for deposit is by cheque if more than 14 days in advance. If your arrival date is within 14 days of booking then payment should be made either by online bank transfer or via Paypal. If paying by credit or debit card via Paypal a 2% surcharge will apply.
Confirmation of bookings will be sent by letter or e.mail upon receipt of your deposit.
Cheques should be made payable to “C Ayrton ”. Balance of accounts are to be paid by cash when leaving as we cannot take unguaranteed cheques.
We will expect your arrival between 4.30pm and 9.30pm unless previously arranged with us.
Unfortunately we do not accept children under the age of 5.
Guests are asked to vacate their room by 10am on the day of departure.
Cancellation policy – The deposit is normally non refundable. If you cancel the booking and we are able to re-let your room for those date(s) we will refund your deposit less any transaction costs. |
