For the comfort and safety of all our guests we are a totally non smoking establishment.
We do not offer accommodation for any dogs/pets.
A deposit of £10 per person per night will be required to secure the room for you.
Preferred method of payment for deposit is by debit/credit card or online bank transfer.
Commercial/business debit and credit card transactions attract a 2% surcharge.
Personal credit cards attract a 1.5% surcharge. UK personal debit card transactions are free.
Confirmation of bookings will be sent by letter or e.mail upon receipt of your deposit.
Balance can be paid whilst here by cash or debit/credit card.
We will expect your arrival between 4.30pm and 9.30pm unless previously arranged with us.
Unfortunately we do not accept children under the age of 5.
Guests are asked to vacate their room by 10am on the day of departure.
Cancellation policy – The deposit is normally non refundable. If you cancel the booking and we are able to re-let your room for those date(s) we will refund your deposit less any transaction costs.
